The hotel was fabulous, location was magnificent on a square facing the station, marvellous breakfast. Location: the property was not far from the center of town and the train station as well as finding good restaurants. We took an executive room and it had complimentary Wi-Fi and a minibar...

The hotel is like a fancy Italian film set, with luxurious rooms and a delicious breakfast. It's conveniently located near the train station and has friendly staff.
That the soap delivery must have been delayed, so I had to settle for using the shampoo instead. Oh, the horror.

We liked everything and especially the receptionist who was really kind and helpful!
When we arrived we were at first sceptical about the location ( it is opposite the train station) and there were quite a lot of pwople hanging outside and webwere afraid about the noise at night. Good news is we couldn't hear anything from our room even though it faced the road and they all went (propably) home for the night!

During my New Year stay, I really enjoyed the excellent location of this hotel. It was conveniently situated near the train station and within walking distance to the main attractions and shopping area. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast provided a good variety of food options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
I found the lighting in the room to be quite dim, which made it difficult to see properly. It would have been great if the hotel had better lighting options for their guests.

This stay was on the way to our destination and we chose it because it was "in the historic area" and so thought we would be able to walk about in the evening. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We try to choose hotels that include breakfast so we can get an early start, as this one did.
The location of the hotel was our main issue. Upon arriving we asked where we might find a restaurant for dinner and was told there was only 1--a pizza shop. It turned out to be a Turkish pizza shop--not at all what we had hoped for. We even looked into the train station across the street--food was all gone at 6pm. We ended up with a slice of awful pizza from a corner shop. So food was an issue. Also, there were cars/people just hanging out around the hotel area that made us very uncomfortable with being out and about there. There was a high end shopping district within walking distance, but again no food until after 1930 in the one restaurant we did find, and we did not feel comfortable being out and about in the area at that time.

We loved the location of this hotel. It is right in the heart of downtown, just a stone's throw away from the train station. It made exploring the city so convenient and saved us a lot of time. The rooms were also very comfortable and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in the area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
We highly recommend this place. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

even with rooms at 27 °C they refused to put the airco on, it was not the summer season yet? So youopen the window in front of the station, very very loud. this is not worth the 125 euro I paid, not even half of that!

The hotel staff was very professional. All speak very well English. The good think about this hotel is also that you don t need to pay for the parking. The hotel has its own, which is already included in the price.
